Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (5.3 oz) cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add milk, yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon and oats to blender first. Add the frozen banana pieces on top.
  2. Blend and pulse for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Pour into glass and garnish with oats, if desired.

Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

If you’re looking for something healthier, this blueberry spinach smoothie brings the flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 large frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey, or to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, cover with the lid, and whirl until smooth.
  2. Add more milk if needed to reach the desired consistency and taste for sweetness, adjusting as necessary.
  3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy promptly.
